Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Real Estate General Authority No. (1864) and dated (4/27/1444 AH), regarding the future contribution belonging to / Muhammad bin Yahya Al-Bakri and viewed by the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
Based on Cabinet Resolution No. (130) dated (7/5/1429 AH) to form the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and Cabinet Resolution No. (48) dated (2/14/1430 AH) approving the mechanism of work of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and the Cabinet’s decision With No. (297) and dated (13/7/1435 AH), which amends the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, since the committee is selling the contribution lands.
Within the framework of the interest of the Real Estate Contributions Committee (Liquidation) and its keenness to develop a joint role with the chambers of commerce and real estate committees, and to give a more significant opportunity for investors to apply to purchase the lands of the contributions that the committee is working on.
